Phylogenetic tree The construction of the phylogenetic tree was partially based on the KRAB domain of the KZFPs. The Annotation Score was derived from the richness of data annotations on Uniprot, with KZFPs exhibiting more abundant experimental data appearing darker in color. Chip-seq data was obtained from Cistrome and indicated by a black square if present. The KRAB, ZF, and SCAN domains were differentiated through the use of different colored squares, with the degenerated ZF domain being represented by gray squares. The utilization of two colors reflects the temporal generation of KZFPs and changes in binding specificity.Please refer to our article for details. :
